Placing an Order
When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
DrinksGear may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Price
Pricing is as per advertised on Drinksgear.com. V.A.T at 17.5% is included.
In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably possible using the contact details you have supplied and advise the correct price. You will then have the option to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel it. (In the event of us not receiving a confirmation of order at the correct price, we will treat the order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
All prices are in GBP. All payments are required in GBP unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment
Orders must be paid for prior to despatch by credit or debit card. Any other method of payment is only acceptable if agreed by Drinksgear.com in advance, in writing.
All Order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the Order differs.
In the rare event that we are unable to supply for any reason a product that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order. We will of course refund any money that has been paid for it.
For deliveries within Mainland UK, you will be notified of the delivery costs before you submit your credit card details
If you require delivery outside of Mainland UK, please place your order and we will contact you with delivery costs. If these costs are acceptable, we will fulfil your order. If costs are not acceptable to you we will cancel your order and refund any money paid for the order. If we cannot contact you to agree prices, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Any deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility.
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. In the event of any part of an order being out of stock, we may at our sole discretion consolidate all parts of the order prior to a single shipment.
Drinksgear.com will not be liable for any consequence of delay in delivery, howsoever caused.
The above does not affect your statutory rights
If you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, we will be happy to refund you for the products, subject to the conditions set out below.
Please return any unwanted products to us within 14 days of dispatch in an unused condition. Products should be returned complete with all original packaging and components complete. Once we have inspected the returned goods and are happy that they are unused and in the same condition as originally shipped, we will refund the original purchase price (less delivery charges) to the credit or debit card originally used to purchase the goods. Products specifically made, ordered or modified for your order cannot be returned as unwanted.
In the case of faulty product, we will refund any product that has failed due to defective materials or workmanship within thirty days of despatch. For products that have exceeded this time, please contact us via returns@drinksgear.com.
If you need to return a product to us for whatever reason, please email us at returns@drinksgear.com , detailing reason for return, name, contact details and products to be returned.
Please ensure that you return products via royal mail signed for service or similar, as you will be responsible for the products until they reach us. Our returns address is:
